At Venture, your bike is always in safe hands. But for added peace of mind, we also carry full insurance cover designed for professional couriers.
Goods-in-Transit insurance is £30,000, upgradable to +£1 Million.
Our Insurance Coverage
Your bike is protected throughout the entire journey under our £30,000 Goods-in-Transit (GIT) insurance policy. This covers loss, damage or mis-delivery from the moment we load your bicycle to the moment it is handed over on delivery.
For complete transparency, our policy includes the following sub-limits (limit of liability):
- Up to £5,000 for consequential loss, redirection, recovery or transshipment
- Up to £1,000 for recorded information
- Total cover for any single incident capped at £30,000
We also hold £1 million public liability cover, protecting you against third-party risks and giving additional peace of mind.
As with all GIT policies, certain standard exclusions apply — such as inadequate customer packaging, mechanical or electronic failure not caused by impact, and theft without evidence of forced entry.
Our detailed photo documentation at collection and delivery is designed to support a fast and fair claim process should anything ever go wrong.

How your Bike is Protected?
No damage in normal transit: Bikes are professionally wrapped, padded and secured.
Theft: Bikes are never stored in vehicles overnight; vehicles are manned, locked and we only carry dedicated loads.
- Your motorcycle travels completely alone — never mixed with other bikes, never part of a multi-drop route.
- We collect it, secure it, and drive directly to your destination without detours or overnight stops.
- Because we handle only your bike, there’s virtually no risk of theft or damage in transit.
